NEW ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY PRESS FOR BRASS AT SARBAK METAL

The new press, to be installed at the Sarbak Metal premises, will produce brass bars and coils. This 23 MN indirect press is to be 100% manufactured in Italy and will be equipped with the latest technological packages developed by Presezzi Group, including the well-established system PE.E.S.S.® energy-saving system. This will allow a reduction in installed power and energy consumption. The choice of Presezzi Extrusion technology was based on our company’s long-standing partnership with Sarbak Metal and solid reference list in the field of brass extrusion; accurate machine tolerances of the press frame allow for perfect product shaping and surface, and unlike those who offer only standard machines, all the special options studied have been tailored and fine-tuned to fit the Sarbak final requirements
One detail to be highlighted is the fast-track delivery warranted by Presezzi Extrusion flexibility: less than nine months from frozen concept idea to equipment delivery. The commissioning of the press is planned for the 1st quarter of 2021.
