ALUMINTECHNO JLLC BELARUS ORDERS NEW EXTRUSION PRESS AND HIGH-EFFICIENCY GAS BILLET OVEN

At the beginning of 2020 AluminTechno JLLC awarded an important contract to Presezzi Group for a new extrusion press and billet heater, that will be installed at the production location in Minsk, Belarus.
AluminTechno JLLC is the leading manufacturer of aluminum profile systems in Eastern Europe. It consists of 5 manufacturing enterprises and over 25 sales offices around the world. Total area of the plant is 40 000 sq.ft. Extrusion production capacity is over 45 000 metric tons of profiles per year. All factories are high-technology equipped and their production conforms to all quality standards. The equipment includes modern aluminum extrusion lines, powder coating lines, the largest complex for anodizing aluminum profiles in the CIS. The quality management system of all the largest enterprises of Alutechno Group of Companies is certified by TUV CERT for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.
AluminTechno JLLC trusted the Presezzi Group products to improve quality and intellectual digitization to increase production efficiency. The 18.55 MN 7” front-loading press will be equipped with the well-established system PE.E.S.S.® energy-saving system. This patented and unique system provides continuous energy savings and significantly increases productivity in terms of reducing downtime, reducing operating costs and, consequently, increasing productivity. The press will be equipped with a fully automatic billet loader and a die change station to minimize hydraulic components. Customized HMI solution for easy machine control, maintenance and remote service support. The log furnace area supplied by our COIM subsidiary includes a log pusher, a heating furnace, a saw, hot cutting shears for logs and a billet loader: the gas consumption in the furnace will be increased by using an optimal combustion coefficient to minimize heat loss. The commissioning of the extrusion press and billet heater is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2021.
